Hi there! I'm new to the community, and I had a quick question - We're exploring a Premier League outcome-market MVP using HIP-4. We want to make PL match-result markets available inside Hyperliquid, with settlement rules using official Premier League results. I’m trying to understand whether HIP-4 market creation/listing is currently validator-curated, whether sports outcomes are being considered, and who I should speak to about proposing a limited pilot. I can share a short spec covering market structure, oracle/resolution rules, liquidity plan, and compliance considerations. Who is the right person/channel for this?

hey I can't use the feedback channel so dropping it here and maybe it reaches the right person Or if someone could forward this to the feedback channel. Overall my thoughts are that hyperliquid will capture majority of the on chain audience left, but IMO there is so much more potential with HIP3 then currently is availible due to the 500k stake minimum. My question is around the possibility to have a zero-low minimum stake required for another "risky" section of HIP3 markets where people could build on top of it and create assets to "trade anything" Meaning imagine the following markets that could capture the only piece hyperliquid is missing right now (a max speculation, memecoins/nfts alternative) Imagine perps on Attention (oracle pricing underlying attentions, anyone can create markets if platforms could be built on top of HIP3) Sports cards perps underlying trends/trading trends (imagine being able to long/short based on the movement of the trend) This is the only thing that could be able to capture the memecoin/nft audience where you can have insane moves, and anything can be created if you have a underlying oracle for it. There is platforms trying to do this Noise Xyz and a few others But they won't capture the underlying discovery mechanism and liquidity hyperliquid has. This is my suggestion

You're suggesting 0 staked hype required to deploy hip-3 markets? But it also puts a barrier against malicious markets, since you need to put an important amount of money at risk that can be slashed

The suggestion is regarding a new section for HIP3, maybe it could be different from HIP3. But the whole idea is, there is thousands of degens left from memecoins and nfts, and there is so much potential with being able to create permissionless perp markets on anything. Imagine Pumpfun, but for launching perps based on anything you can have a oracle pricing behind. Nfts 2021 Memecoins 2024 perps on anything, speculation of attention, speculation of pricing on illiquid assets. For example imagine going long or short or creating a market for whats gaining momentum. Kaito has been working on oracles for exactly this, but the issue is there is no liquidity on markets building for this right now - Trendle - Noise Xyz - Trench.ch etc

The main problems to solve for are oracle pricing, liquidity will come due to hyperliquid's network effects. Every cycle has a new speculation mechanism, hyperliquid can completely capture this and attract retail. But to solve for this it would need a new version of HIP3, maybe something like HIP5 (Permissionless, zero barrier market creation) Which the risks are understood by participants. IMO this is eventually what I think the new memecoins or NFTs will be, only thing that logically from first principles solves for the above.

Prediction markets are binary, outcomes are capped upside, this creates uncapped upside

Anyways just spitting out some thoughts I have had over the last year watching these different platforms attempting this, and I believe HL can capture this completely and I would love to build on top of it.

I don't think there's much demand for what you're explaining, but that's just my point of view There are seven hip3 deployers at the moment, none of them went for markets like that Also there are services like Launch by Kinetiq, exchange as a service, that lets you deploy hip3 markets without the stake entrance barrier If you really believe in this idea you should convince a deployer, not proposing a change at the architecture level

I understand, I also think the biggest opportunities are usually contrarian until they arent, ill look into more of the current HIP3 deployers though. Thanks for the feedback
