Been testing perps, transferred 10$ to my account to add to the existing position but it's not showing up on my perp balance. Don't really want to transfer more because it might vanish again. How do I get it unstuck?

When I tried to increase my existing 20x long gold position, the order kept failing with an "order failed" message. However, when I reduced the order size from $1000 to $500, it went through successfully. Does anyone know what could be causing this? It seems like there's some kind of limit or restriction when trying to add a larger amount to the position.
