I was quite sure it counted as I thought the rules were just whatever livestream of NYCMayor has him speaking in official capacity counts, but now I saw this clause. I guess this was a livestream and not really an official "announcement" open to any press/like this usual streams. Does this still qualify? Otherwise can we close the market and start a new rolling 🙏

We were a bit confused when something like "Talk with the People" is streamed where it's not a traditional event with the press.
