I havnt changed my rate limiter since they changed it to bucket and I am on v2 endpoints is there something I dont know

Anyone hit a case where the limits endpoint reports the Advanced write tier (refill 300/capacity 600) but actual enforcement throttles you down to ~40 tokens/sec — well below even Basic? Curious if this is a known provisioning bug and how you got it fixed.

I have a connection with 10-100 subscriptions. while majority works well it happens some of the subscriptions go stale. any suggestion how to fix (or at least identify) if a subscription goes stale?
