I haven't been getting any response from support either, I raised a request on 3rd June got a reply since then I've sent multiple messages but not a single reply, my issue still hasn't been resolved, the support never replies to any of the messages. Whom should I contact to get this fixed?

My issue was regarding the comments, I can't post any comments, I changed my browser, even changed my device but still the same issue and I was told that the issue has been raised with the team, so I asked when can I expect this to be resolved but since then I haven't been getting any reply, and still no update on the issue I raised the request on 3rd June and yet it's not fixed and no update on it.
