U are an idiot extra time announced on board is what's extra at that time. You can have extra time on top of extra time. For example say the second they announce extra time someone has major injury and lays on pitch for the entire 5 mins of extra time ornhowever.much time it is. Ref won't just say welp we didn't play any soccer during extra time but thats a wrap.....nonhe will let them play close to the 5 mins original stoppage. It's still considered extra time until the ref says game over
