also, anyone else noticed that 99th percentile WS performance degraded a bit recently? some of of the time i'll send in an order and it'll take > 30s to update

anyway, increase in rate limits should allow other people to MM 5min, 15min

hopefully rate limit increases constitute a broader improvement in infra, recent order improvements are appreciated but there's still much to be desired about websocket consistency and portfolio endpoints' update latency
