is the usage of priority fee available for currently live HIP-4 markets given they are 0 fees in total? e.g. if i put in a priority fee in the order for a hip-4 market will that actually have the desired effect that i bid to be higher in the block?

thats what i thought as well, its just that someone from outcome team in their discord told me otherwise, but i guess he himself was not caught up on the docs. just wanted to confirm if the docs reflect reality here as of now. thanks for your swift response mr light!
