I had similar issue trying to understand why effective rate of taker rebates only 24% instead of 32% (Platinum). Support was very helful to explain there I was wrong: "On a taker BUY, the on-chain OrderFilled.fee is charged in outcome shares, not USDC. On a SELL it's already in USDC. To get the true USD fee on a buy, you multiply by the fill price. So when you sum the raw OrderFilled.fee across your fills, the buy-side fees get counted at full share value as if they were dollars, which overstates the real USD fee by a factor of 1/price.". Once I fixed the math, actual payouts for taker rebates match my calculations.
