Yes, but besides the "Team to Advance" market, there are also markets that are settled based only on the 90 minutes. In the knockout stage, though, you also have extra time and penalties So you can back your team to advance, while still predicting a draw in regular time or taking your opponent with the handicap

That still makes no sense, as I need to have locked qualification regardless of what I think of regular time, because otherwise that my points are worthless anyways

btw many of the campaign markets have poor liquidity, halftime markets for example. Markets with good liquidity are high PP markets
