Hi, I created a ticket yesterday to get API Key. This morning I saw that my ticket was closed (it looks like it was simply deleted; it's not in the channel list) and I haven't received the API Key. What happened? Why is this happening? How can I get the API key?

Sorry to bother you. I just want to double-check. Is my ticket still open? I can't see it anymore, it disappeared and I thought it was just deleted. And I'm worried that if I get issued an API key, I won't be able to see it because my ticket is gone.
