RFQ报价填充率极低引发效率质疑

Kinda a broad question but I've gone down the RFQ rabbit hole. I've been bidding RFQs but have an extremely low fill rate, sub 1%. What is the typical accept rate you all see? I feel like the majority of RFQs are just spam with no intention of filling.
