If I bought a contract at 30c, and it rises to 60c, and I set a sell limit to 45c, it'll just sell the contract immediately instead of triggering at 45c

imagine someone's holding 2.5k shares for this w/ a stop loss. stop loss hits, 1k gets sold off at 85, other 1.5k gets sold off at 3c. whoop de doo, they got screwed
