Can you please check this? it is impossible that I received 0 points, I was literally almost always the only person market making making those markets who was following the conditions. I could see the points active sign being up only when I placed my orders.

I am quite sure your mm dont quote 100 shares on both sides, here for example right now bnb 15min, I am the only one to have 100 shares on both sides and points are active, this has been the case the last two weeks yet I got 0 points

Yeah I got 2k points from my regular trading, you will see I got about the same amount of points the last 4 weeks, but since these new crypto markets were added and they offer 750pp every 15m and I am regularly the only one getting rewards, I cant imagine that over the course of almost an entire week of market making I have not made more pp than want I normaly make

it's random snapshots every minute. so if your orders dont stay within range and on the books long enough then they wont hit any snapshots

When btc 15m markets were first added 2 months ago, I made 70k in two weeks running the exact same strategy, now four new markets were added. And 5m and 15m markets and fast paced by nature, my orders still often sit for over 15s

I think they changed system, same was to me. I was an only MM on both sides, but got only few points. Maybe there is a problem with live markets counting

I mean the point system makes no sense then, it's almost impossible to keep orders for more then 1min with low spread

Again, sorry for bothering you so much, I know I have been sending lots of messages.
I already have a ticket open from 20 days ago that I don't want to close without a resolution. It took 15 days to get the first and only response back, which was just a request for clarifications, and I've been waiting again since then. If I drop that issue to create a new ticket, it feels like I'm just expected to give up on a problem because the ticket isn't getting followed up on.
