it's not from discord, it's from the deposit page on hyperliquid, it says depoting with unit and click here if you have an issue, and I click there and it's hyperunit page and it asks to connect wallet

I'm filling in a ticket on unit for my failed Bitcoin deposit, I have all the info but I don't know what "interface" means in the ticket. Please help

I deposited on the hyperliquid website but because it's BTC it has to go through Unit. It showed failed deposit on hyperliquid but confirmed on memepool. I then cleared my wallet and connected to Unit and was about to submit a ticket but then saw my transaction history on unit and clicked the failed BTC deposit and it says "Request Revert" but I can't click it because it says "Operation is reveratable, but needs more confirmations (18/20)". So now I am praying that I can get a revert once there are 20 confirmations

I requested a revert on the unit site and it went through and I got a tnx hash, the chat on unit helper told me it usually takes a few hours, it's been over 12 now but I am just praying now. I don't know how long to wait before I should start messaging again? maybe 24 hours?
