They couldn't make it shorter otherwise they would have to cut out some matches from the world cup which doesn't make sense. And reducing the weight for smaller trades would completely disincentivize people with small accounts to even participate. Smaller trades are weighted more heavily because people with money can rack up points easily anyway. Both of these things you mentioned are important but i think the team did the best they could with both the duration of the event and xp allocation for tasks

You don't create a campaign where you incentivize people to do as many trades as possible for as little value as possible and then diqualify them for doing so. It just doesn't make sense to me

If you are pointsmaxxing by just spamming $10 buys i dont think thats an issue since washtrading is the act of buying and selling repeatedly, so there is a difference
