I requested revert almost 24 hours ago in Unit for a "failed" BTC deposit and nothing has happened. Can I request again? What do I do? I deposited BTC to the correct address, it's there and confirmed. But says failed. I did the steps to request revert. I can't believe this is happening

Yes I know, I went there to request revert and talked to someone in support chat who showed how to request correctly. But I have not received anything (been over 36 hours). and I clicked support and messaged the same person last night asking what to do and they ignored me even though it shows they have been active, and just now I messaged again saying I have not received revert

I deposited BTC on the correct network to the correct address, I can see now on explorer the BTC went to the address that is my BTC deposit address in hyperliquid. But it said "failed". I went to Unit and requested revert very carefully following correct protocol, signed with BTC wallet, signed with hyper wallet. And now nothing I am ignored
