You don’t need gossip priority to access the mempool. And mempool still gives you data access hundreds milliseconds ahead of time plenty enough to participate

I wasn't saying that gossip priority is a prerequisite for having access to the mempool. My concern is that the mempool is not accessible by regular nodes, and none of the peers share it. And on top of that, it's concerning that features like gossip priority are released, which by definition are not accessible to most traders and are only advantageous to a small number of players.
