The issue is that your team is incompetent, lazy and careless. So everytime you guys add a new feature, you also introduce 10 bugs and make the site slower. And then you never clean up the mess you create with the updates. First, fix what already exists, then work on adding new features. Otherwise you're just making the site become worse and worse everytime

Yes, saying it is unusable isn't even exaggerating. We're literally almost forced to use third party interfaces or the API to bet and even then we can't avoid all the problems coming from the poly backend... Casual gamblers which are super important for the ecosystem will just leave though

There's no growth if people can't use your product. At the beginning of the year, I only used polymarket and now I've been forced to start using competitors because polymarket doesn't work. I went from having 100% of my volume on poly to only 20% right now. Try your product, it's literally unusable... Simple solution to grow. Fire all the incompetent people (and there are really a lot of them), hire a new team with competent hardworking people, make them build a new site from scratch that actually works.
