my vibe w/ this one is that it just got significantly worse post friday's update. and given that they attempted at doing a fix of "fire and cancel" bug, they introduced something to the cancellation pipeline, that made cancellation less reliable.

I think it will be at least like 4 months of them monkey patching these issues, but creating new ones in the process. they are clearly just doing iterative work to their matching engine, as they can't just start from scratch on a new one, but I think right now they're just making it worse in the process
