I mean, a thousand things can happen, but the normal rules for this specific sport are like that. If a referee then decides to end the match in the 70th minute, well, you tell me—do you have to change the rules of the game when settling a bet just because the referee decides so? And what if the referee has placed a bet at Polymarket? Is he an insider? xd

Can a match be considered complete without at least 90 minutes having been played? That’s up to FIFA to decide, but as I said, it only matters for the Moneyline, not for Over/Under, where the result is determined by what happened during the time the match was played, and that’s clear.
