Not an issue, just inconvenience and I didn't see any benefit yet, like API tiers and everything works the same on normal accounts. Do you have an institutional account? In what way do you get a personal POC then?

Oh yeah I had contact with institutional support already, quite annoying that you need a new account and cannot simply convert the existing one

As Kalshi devs seem to read trough the Discord and listen to our feedback (which I highly appreciate) I just drop a list with things I would like to see / get fixed ~~- Idk if this is a realistic thing to ask for but imo I would like to see a personal Kalshi contact for those with a high api tier. So that the big players that drive the majority of the exchanges volume that they can actually reach with ease somebody to investigate / confirm things. (For example if Kalshi removes a League - you never know if that is on purpose or a script broke and nobody noticed)~~ Bugs: - Leaderboard volume is ignoring sub accounts - /portfolio Change (24h) keeps giving me every day a new short heart attack as it shows always that I lost a lot of money. - /portfolio displays for every user interest of 3.25% - yet this is only for US users. (I am happy with having this expanded globally instead of the number removed lol)

There is now not a single tennis game between 11:27 PM and 8:30 AM. **9 hours without a single tennis game to bet on Kalshi** and there are dozens of games that are scheduled already for that time... Does Klashi want to lose users and fees to other platforms that post tennis games? This has nothing to do with not always posting all games on a scheduled day, the system clearly fully broke and nobody is noticing from Kalshi

Hi, Usually by Saturday (like 12 hours before), the ITF matches for Sunday are already listed (roughly 400-600 of them). Right now I'm only seeing about 30, and most of those are semis/finals from the current tournaments while the first new tournament qualifications should start in a couple of hours already Could you take a look at what's going on? Not neccessary. For example makes abitrage so much easier to execute which is a win - win for everyone imo. MM gets filled to their requested value and therefore is happy. The abitrager is happy because filling both sides is so much easier when there is no taker delay. Poly is happy because more volume

The limits seem weird imo, you get 30 requests/s with doing 1 trade on the platform but the next step is to have 90M in volume. Now that things are automated there maybe can / should be more tiers as the jump from 30 -> 100 is quite wild
