Agreed, it's pure incompetency. Prediction markets have been getting insane popularity lately, I guess they have a lack of experience to handle stuff properly sometimes. Kalshi has also done weird stuff with resolutions, it's just that they didn't get that much attention. I got burned there myself because rules misled me. But yeah, Polymarket should at least refund people here and admit their mistake officially, everyone would understand that and appreciate it. There is no shame in admitting your mistakes, in fact it would increase trust.
