If you have a screenshot of the failed order whilst there are obviously offers on the order book then the team will help you but what it looks like is you made a bad choice and then after realising it was bad came here to complain in the hopes the team might help you out. Why wait until after the result to send a message surely if there was 20 minutes before the outcome and you couldn’t sell you would say something at that time not conveniently after the outcome is a loss

Funds spend 10-20m per year to run an equivalent setup and inevitably 99/100 they will win compared to you. It might be worth directing your bot at slightly higher timeframes where the algos are less predatory and you will likely get better success
