Ask yourself one thing: do you think you could have bought shares on both teams at 5–6c each if the game were actually expected to be played? According to FIFA.com, the match was cancelled, and it is still showing as cancelled. However, if the match does end up being played which, according to the timer on Polymarket and the posts by the team on Instagram, is supposed to happen in a few hours you might get refunded.

There's a resolution process. The market was proposed and was open to everyone to dispute. Since nobody acted upon, it resolved. Rule states that markets can be proposed once it shows cancelled on the resolution source. I agree with you this should wait until the match starts. It is what it is.

This one would have stayed open as well if FIFA had shown it as in-play instead of cancelled. Again it is what it is. Best to know how it all works to avoid losing in the future. I've been in the same spot before, but you just have to learn from it and do better next time. 🫡
