I like the "recently funded" approach. This ties up capital for fraudsters, so they can't just create n wallets. But I guess we still need a way to detect and ban them when they act up, is poly up to the challenge for that?

Well, I'm probably fine with a method that excludes a superset of fraudsters. So I'm probably fine with banning some good actors, telling them to please fund a wallet through one of a limited number of exchanges. And once we know an actor is bad we can just trace the funds back to their origin using the funded by ancestry after those exchanges and ban everything originating from that. That's probably a quite radical method though

How can you create a wallet without linking them to your others? Like, we know the "funded by" stuff, why can't we use this? Seems like a pretty simple graph analysis if there is a limited number of entry nodes, i.e. the exchanges 🤔

You probably got scammed 🙄 Please report the theft of funds to local police and maybe reflect on places where you entered (not just submitted) your private key. Any websites or 3rd party code you used? Write them down and give them to police
