The support team successfully recovered the funds after I sent an email, but they were credited to a different address instead of my active account. I contacted support through the chat and spoke with an agent until I received a message saying, "You have been added to another conversation about this issue." My chat is now locked, I can no longer reply there, and I have not received any updates by email. Since Sunday, the issue remains unresolved, and the funds have still not been credited to my active account. Could anyone help me with this? Could you please confirm whether this case is still being investigated and whether someone is currently assigned to it? Thank you.
