I counted and it took 19 seconds for a market to open after I clicked on it and my internet connection isn't bad. I can watch YouTube videos in 1080p and it's basically instantaneous to open the video, with absolutely 0 lag

They just want to use the official website and bet without the site freezing and it's totally reasonable for them to expect that. On all other sportsbook, you can smoothly bet in a few seconds.
