Thanks a lot for the answer. But I don't think that's the case. First of all, I have my own node, running in Tokyo. When I'm going to send tx, I broadcast it to 5-6 public rpcs , + my own (all in parallel ofc). 300-500 is the average LOWEST latency across all rpcs I'm broadcasting my tx to. Since there's no tls over local node, there's also no tls handshake latency. And yes, I'm on small blocks. Have you faced with the same issue? What's yours average RTT on eth_sendRawTransaction?
