Hi guys i've a question regarding "builder fees"... i'm testing (on testnet) by placing orders IoC orders buying / selling HYPE <-> USDC...
And when i sell HYPE for USDC i can see my builderRewards are properly increasing with the amount i'm expecting according the % i'm using...
But when i buy HYPE using USDC the builderRewards are not increasing at all... 🙁
The order is working properly both ways, its just a problem related to the builderRewards not increasing when I buy HYPE...
What i could be missing?

Builder codes currently only apply to fees that are collected in the quote or collateral asset. In other words, **builder codes do not apply to the buying side of spot trades** but apply to both sides of perp trades.

Damn, any reason for that? Am i understanding it properly? Builders get a benefit by referring transactions selling HYPE at spot but not buying HYPE at spot? is my reasoning correct? i'm just double checking...
