On June 21 I won $1,361.47 and tried to cash out. One withdrawal of $505 USDT just vanished. It never landed onchain and never came back to my balance. It's been over 48 hours and still nothing.
Here's the part that makes no sense. Right after, I did a second withdrawal of $856 to a different wallet and it went through fine. So my account isn't blocked and nothing's wrong on my end. One single withdrawal just swallowed $505 dollars and it's gone.
Then I tried support. Both the Polymarket bot and the fun agents kept asking me for a transaction hash. There is no hash. The transfer never hit the chain so it doesn't exist. I explained that like five times and every reply just ignored it and asked again.
Eventually a real human replied. Except they answer once every few hours, greet me again in every single message, and keep saying it's been escalated to compliance. I ask how long and they tell me there's no set timeframe. For a withdrawal that's stuck. Make it make sense.
So fun finally tells me the $505 got flagged by their risk system and needs a compliance review. Okay. But then I asked the obvious thing. Just drop the $505 back into my Polymarket balance and I'll send it out myself, same as I did with the $856. They said no.
I've spent two days waiting for a bot to say hi to me. Polymarket is holding my funds with no timeline, your support is badly broken and real people are losing money because of it.
All I'm asking is simple. Put the $505 back on my balance or just send it, and give me an actual timeline. That's it. I've got every screenshot saved. Sort this out.

Believe me, when a deposit or withdrawal is flagged, it always takes a substantial amount of time to resolve due to the nature of the issue
