It's a pretty straight forward convo, they need some info to recover the account and I have that info but they just won't reply to the chat...

They say "I have sent this to the right team" even though I still haven't sent the recovery details, and also "The team will get back to you" does that mean over email? Or should I just keep that chat open forever¿? It's private browser so if I close it, I won't be able to access that chat anymore
