I followed this rule and set SL via limit price, but the same issue.

You can show the ss instead or <#1042082797956890694>. As mentioned before, TP/SL are triggered based on the mark price, so when the mark price reaches your trigger price, a limit or market order will be placed on the order book. Limit order may fill immediately if it is better than your selected price.
