Yeah I’d also like to know answer to this. Is it just a flat ban on exchange endpoints until rolling 24hr usage is under 50k?

Portfolio margin and unified account are limited to 50k user actions per day. When you hit the cap, you can only perform 10 actions per minute. Market makers and high volume automated users should use the standard account.
