I did it they said 'Unfortunately we're not able to assist with market-specific issues or concerns through this channel' I sent a letter they said 'Unfortunately we're not able to assist with market-specific issues or concerns through this channel' literally so what do you suggest? it's not like I'm saying 'hey process that trade and give me money from him' I'm saying 'I lost money to an exploiter, I have all the proofs, I wanna see some compnsation from a program you have for that case'
