Hi, I don't have any open positions but my portfolio balance doesn't match my cash balance, how is this possible? I've had this problem for over 8 hours now. I refreshed the page, logged into my account again, and the balances are still not equal.

How could they fix ghost fills issue cause they cant even calculate value of portfolio correctly. Most of the times numbers (cash+value of holdings) don’t match. Sometimes it is too low, sometimes too high and occasionally correct. And it is not small changes but quite substantial. Wonder what would happen if everybody would withdraw suddenly. What is actually left?

Right now, my portfolio is showing a loss that doesn't exist. (All open positions are in profit, but the portfolio shows a loss). Who else is having this problem?. upd: i found that the portfolio loss is caused by Polymarket’s aggregate /value underpricing negative-risk weather positions by about $1.68k versus the sum of individual open positions, while cash and position-level PnL look correct. Most likely this is a temporary Polymarket glitch in the aggregate portfolio value calculation for negative-risk weather positions, since individual positions and cash reconcile correctly.

I don't think that cash is reduced when you have an open order. Only when the order is filled. Could it be that you have some un-claimed winning positions?

Hey, I don't know how to explain but there was 100$ completely wiped out from my portfolio, I don't see any position lost, any transactions out, neither a big drop in my positions. Could it be just a market that got deleted and I'll receive a reimbursment or kind of thing like that ? Even in my profit/loss graph, it didn't move down

Hey! Some users mentioned that portfolio calculations are incorrect. I assume that your issue might be related to this, however, I can't guarantee that's the case. Anyway, I will report this issue to the team and they will look into it.
