like a commercial license to sell Kalshi data and route trades on my platform. I heard that they don't really care if you put their data on their website, but that some licensing is probably required if you're directly routing users to your platform

do you mean "act as a broker" because i think you would be crossing federal laws, would need to pass some exams andbe registered withthe sEC , FinRA, etc etc. if you are making decisions for people, then you are a broker. some wiggle room if its family or friends but even that is sketch.

hmm ok. I was planning on doing something similar to https://valence.trade/. I thought smart routing can technically avoid "acting as a broker" if I don't handle funds directly, and just route trades, but idk how that would work
