You literally have precedents in both directions. historical strategy resolution had different wording. Market graph reads as manipulation rather than confusion. Confusion doesn't go to near yes supremacy and then instantly no. It sits 50/50. The whole premise of PM is that smart money dictates and smart money was rallied behind an outcome that got swayed internally. Or we can believe there is no smart money, which defeats the purpose of PM existing and any defense they have against not being a gambling site falls flat.
