You need to change this imo, for example soccer match one team head 3-0 at 79 minutes, and this team for yes order at 99 after 10+ minutes there is no window open (99.2 99.3), just full buy order at 99 . But thegame still ongoing, this should be max 5 min at 99 , not 10+ minutes(imo 3 min is good maybe 2, idk but definetly not+10) please consider this
