Yeah you just need your user or key that is calling S3 in AWS to have READ/copy permissions thats it. But those are not on by default

Check permissions of your authorized consumer, even if S3 are public access you need your service or whatever is consuming these to have proper permissions

The catch is in newly deployed, of course if someone has a better way please let me know I'm also curious but I haven't found a way to do this without checking periodict ABCI snapshots
