Proposed Resolution Criteria: Resolves to the option corresponding to the last LIV Golf league event actually contested IF a "qualifying cessation" occurs at any point during calendar year 2026 — i.e., LIV Golf publicly announces it is permanently ending or discontinuing league operations, cancels the remainder of its season with no further events to be held, or is dissolved/absorbed such that it no longer exists as a standalone branded league. A qualifying public announcement during 2026 counts regardless of when the cessation takes effect.
