I suppose the issue is that PM distributed wrong amounts. Instead of using rewards for 20th June distribution was wrongly for 21th June, second time. So if he didn't provide liquidity at June 21th - he got literally nothing, even if at 20th it was 10k$.
You should verify how you performed distribution and send to people the right amounts as of June 20th.
