Today was my first time using the fiat deposit option. I entered the amount, received the QR code, and completed the payment. However, the funds never arrived in my wallet. While trying to resolve the issue, I went back to initiate another fiat deposit. Only on this second attempt was I prompted to complete the KYC verification. I completed it successfully, but I still had to contact the payment provider to request a refund. I'd like to suggest improving this flow by requiring users to complete KYC before generating the payment QR code or accepting any fiat deposit. This would help prevent situations where users send funds before discovering that KYC is required. It also raises an important question: if a user were unable to pass KYC, what would happen to the funds that had already been sent? Requiring KYC first would provide a much smoother and safer experience for everyone.
