For RFQ quote creation yes_bid/no_bid need to be on the allowed tenth-cent tick, i.e. $0.001 increments. I saw an example where it has no_bid = "0.6479", which is a fourth-decimal price and fails that validation. Values like "0.6470" / "0.647" or "0.6480" / "0.648" would pass the tick-size check, assuming the RFQ is still open and the rest of the request is valid.
