gm, want to confirm the borrow cap for USDC portfolio margin, on documentation it says 10M user borrow cap for USDC, but currently I get 5% of borrow cap at 50k borrow, does that mean it is still 1M user borrow cap for Alpha mode? https://hyperliquid.gitbook.io/hyperliquid-docs/trading/portfolio-margin

I am currently expanding my portfolio margin position and want to further clarify some questions about PM mode: Assume my position is holding Hype spot + Hype perp short, delta-neutral 1.The borrow cap for USDC should be 10M as stated on documentation but how come it is showing 5% borrow cap used at 50k borrow ?(this signifies 1M cap), is there a condition to trigger for larger borrow cap? 2.When does it trigger the USDC borrow automatically? is it when the net USDC gets lower than my short position Margin, assuming the net USDC is positive still? or some other condition
