guys, hwo to recover the wallet from high risk flag.. Obviously due to the HTX thing, but we just need to take assets out of HTX after the sanction..

we encoutnered the HTX problem lately. We are a hedge fund trading on dozens of exchanges(including trafi side). We were trading on HTX before the sanction. After the sanction we are reducing positions and taking funds out. However, due to that, we got flagged as high-risk on HL front end. How do we deal with that please? We made an appeal but has not got any reply, 24 hours already.
