My get_nonce shows 99 — does the 100 tx/day limit use a rolling 24h window instead of a daily reset? If I used my first Split at 10:00 UTC, does the quota reset at 10:00 UTC the next day? It has been four days, but my account quota is still full at 100 and hasn't been reset. I need to ask Polymarket's technical support to help resolve this issue.

Issue: WALLET nonce stuck at 99 for 4 days WALLET nonce: 97 (hasn't changed since 2026-05-28) EOA on-chain nonce: 0 (no transactions have ever been mined on-chain) Deposit Wallet on-chain nonce: 1 According to the rolling window, submissions from 24 hours ago should be released. But the WALLET nonce has been stuck at 99 for 4 days. Could you please check what happened to those 99 submissions and whether they can be cleared from the quota?
