chainlink is providing paid services to whoever needs them. it seems that soon onboarding/checkout will be streamlined and more available to general public.

pm forwards cl feed as fast as possible. there is additional hop so there is some lag. depends on routing really. i was comparing both rtds and cl on the same server, sometimes rtds arrives first, sometimes cl, with no clear winner. ppl are probably referring to gap between "report timestamp" and "received timestamp" which is typicall around 1 second
