No I totally understand, once you made it into "elite" status, why risk for 5 USD something you are not familiar with. Sadly I even verified more than 5 times in the past, noone ever objected, but it wasnt in six months period I guess, so I found out my address is not whitelisted. Since I bet on politics most often, it is really the markets, which can be most frustrating in terms of endless wait. But this case of Swiss referendum is perhaps the most absurd I have seen yet. Reading this forum is bit depressing lately. Is Polymarket still working at all? Are 140 whitelisters now de facto owners of the platform, who decide what gets resolved. Otherwise if you dont find your resolver, one can wait forever? I mean is there some deadline till when market needs to be resolved?

Could someone please resolve the Swiss referendums? Aside from the clear consensus of credible sources (FT, Bloomberg, NYT), the official results are also available, and the market description links directly to their page. Yes they were certified like week ago, we were waiting for it to resolve even first round itself. This is long done and dusted. Polymarket is becoming impossible to use as people are not proposing markets besides big ones like Fed.

But seriously, why is noone proposing Swiss referendums? The new rules under which people cant really propose are so stupid sometimes. Like I appreciate people are much less likely to suggest wrong resolution, but to beg people to resolve finished markets is equally frustrating (though less dangerous of course).

Can we get a resolution in Switzerland? Even Kalshi resolved this, its sitting at 99.9, really baffling why noone proposing

Why doesnt Polymarket work on making the elections result more clear. I mean everyone wants to bet on the outcome of the elections, noone wants to have locked money for weeks and wait for some judicial procedures, this is not the interesting part. I liked US elections 2024, where they had two separate clear markets - one outcome of elections, another waiting all the way who is sworn. Resolution should be based on the verdict of comission, not end of legal way. Here when one party won by more than 26(!)% the fact he can successfully delay is utterly ridiculous.

Thats not true, if you read rules here. This is very sad we are not getting resolution in Armenia. Basically Polymarket siding with Russian propaganda here, as all the world leaders congratulated and Peskov said "We will wait for official results". 🤣 I mean its fair wait for them, but this market says "consensus of credible sources", which has been established clearly
