Very disappointing experience with Polymarket. I have experienced multiple cases where positions appeared in my portfolio after being successfully placed, but later disappeared after settlement. In each case, I received only my original stake back and no profit, despite believing the outcomes had resolved in my favor. I provided transaction hashes, screenshots, wallet information, and on-chain records to support my case. However, getting a clear explanation has been difficult, and one response even appeared to confuse my Polymarket.com account with the separate US app. At this point, I am still waiting for a detailed explanation of why these positions were refunded instead of paid out. I strongly recommend that users keep screenshots of their positions, save transaction hashes, and carefully monitor settlement history. I hope Polymarket investigates these issues and provides a transparent explanation.

I would like to report another issue regarding a recent market. I placed a position on Georgia vs Romania – Both Teams to Score. The position was successfully created and appeared in my portfolio while the market was active. The final score was 1–1, meaning both teams scored. However, after settlement, the position disappeared from my portfolio and only my original stake was returned. I did not receive any profit or payout. I have screenshots showing the position in my portfolio before it disappeared. Could you please investigate this market and explain why the position was removed and why only my stake was returned?
